Board Attendance Policy: If any member is absent from four (4) meetings during a twelve-month period, with or without advance notice to the board secretary acting as the liaison to the city commission via the city clerk's office, the member's position shall be referred to the city commission for review and consideration of vacating the position at the meeting following the fourth absence. The commissioners will be provided attendance records, including all documentation related to absences, managed by the board secretary when considering whether to retain the board member or appoint a new member. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, this section shall supersede all provisions in the Code relative to attendance at all board meetings. (Ord. No. O-2006-004, 2, 4-5-06; Ord.
